This is a great option as a stand alone service or added onto a sauna and cold plunge for a full cleanse of both your body and mind. You can also have a shamanic intuitive healing session, reiki session, guided meditation, sound bath, and/or oracle reading done inside of the AMD for a deeper and more enlightening experience, This is also the perfect space for private groups (up to 18) to come for a full moon ceremony, Despacho ceremony (Mayan blessing and gratitude altar to mother earth), cacao ceremony or any combination of these to celebrate a birthday, wedding, sisterhood, community
