First class a success!

My first Girl’s Kickboxing and Mindfulness class this morning was a complete success!! I could tell the girls were shy and a little apprehensive at first but by the end we were all full of giggles and smiles. A huge thanks to the parents who signed their daughters up! This is going to be a fantastic 6 weeks!!
