This Halloween will be the 6th anniversary of From the Roots Up Healing Service! 😍

I can’t believe that it all started with doing shamanic healing sessions with friends and family on the bed in my bedroom and now I have a full on professional healing studio AND spa! 🙏

To celebrate my anniversary AND grand opening of the new studio space in Los Osos and the spa here in Morro Bay, I will be having an OPEN HOUSE + DRUM CIRCLE on Saturday, 11/4!

As a huge thank you to everyone who has supported me all these years I wanted to open up my spaces and sacred fire to the community!

I am super happy and excited to announce that I have a new healing studio!!! It is located in the amazing Heartland business complex in Los Osos. I can't wait to get it totally finished so I can start scheduling clients in there!

100 lbs lost!

It's official! I have lost 100 lbs since my daughter was born. This did NOT happen overnight. REAL TALK - I did not want to look for pictures from “before”. I didn’t want to remember the person who was struggling and so unhappy BUT I am SOOOOOO happy I did! What a gift be able to see the transformation on the outside but, more importantly for me, what’s changed on the inside. I didn’t bandaid fix the head trips that were holding me back. I went deep - real f*cking deep. Through the journey of my own self healing I became an intuitive healer and shaman who was taught how to work the Peruvian Medicine Wheel for profound inner work and healing of both myself and others. This was when the real shifts started happening for me. If you are in a weight loss journey do not forget some of the most important “muscles” to work - brain, heart, and soul.

CERTIFICATIONS HERE, there, everywhere!

Last month I was honored to complete my Reiki Master training with the ever amazing Lauren Riffle! It was a year and a half long journey of self reflection and LOVE. I am so blessed to have this practice as part of my daily life but also able to use this beautiful "life force" energy to help others shift, heal, and be empowered on their journey. I will be opening up Reiki Healing Sessions here in my home studio once I complete my personal training certification in a couple months.

Speaking of Personal Training Certification...this week I officially signed up for the ACE Personal Training Certification program. I want to feel as confident as possible in providing my clients with the most comprehensive sessions possible. I am planning on doing this by providing options and packages for COMPLETE body healing - emotional, mental, spiritual, and now on a physical level that is much more in depth than I have ever offered before.

I have also submitted by exam answers to be a AFPA certified Kickboxing Instructor this week! This will be another tool to give my clients a more complete and comprehensive experience. I am hoping to have my results back and certification in my hands within 2 weeks. Woohoo!

I'm SUPER happy to announce that my Kickboxing with a Purpose series will now be offered as a WEEKLY class for $60 per month or $20 for drop ins starting in April! ANOTHER BIG CHANGE is that this class will be for women, girls, AND BOYS (8+ yrs)!!! It will be Tues 530-630. This will allow those who cannot sign on for a full six weeks to still be able to join in all the good times and for my current students the opportunity to continue honing in their skills.

KIDS SPRING BREAK CAMP!!! Are you looking for something really fun to keep your kids busy for Spring Break?! Well, I got ya covered! Space is limited to 8 and I need a minimum of 4 to run the camp.

Mentor and ME classes!

I am SUPER excited to be offering this new class! This is a class for a mentor (parent, grandparent, caregiver) to participate in class WITH their child. This class is geared for 5-8 year olds but older children are welcome to attend. It will be offered in a 4 week series. It will focus on the 4 kickboxing principles: respect, self control, courage, and integrity.
