BIG THINGS HAPPENING!!!

CERTIFICATIONS HERE, there, everywhere!

Last month I was honored to complete my Reiki Master training with the ever amazing Lauren Riffle! It was a year and a half long journey of self reflection and LOVE. I am so blessed to have this practice as part of my daily life but also able to use this beautiful "life force" energy to help others shift, heal, and be empowered on their journey. I will be opening up Reiki Healing Sessions here in my home studio once I complete my personal training certification in a couple months.

Speaking of Personal Training Certification...this week I officially signed up for the ACE Personal Training Certification program. I want to feel as confident as possible in providing my clients with the most comprehensive sessions possible. I am planning on doing this by providing options and packages for COMPLETE body healing - emotional, mental, spiritual, and now on a physical level that is much more in depth than I have ever offered before.

I have also submitted by exam answers to be a AFPA certified Kickboxing Instructor this week! This will be another tool to give my clients a more complete and comprehensive experience. I am hoping to have my results back and certification in my hands within 2 weeks. Woohoo!
