From the Roots Up Healing Service Through this journey, so far, I have been very blessed to have had many teachers of many backgrounds - Peruvian, Mayan/Incan, Alaska Native, Native American, and many others. I have also learned a vast amount through my travels and service in Central and South America, the Caribbean, and here at home in my own community. My greatest teacher has been my life experiences and the things that I have learned from healing my own personal wounds and navigating my Gifts as an empath, intuitive, and energy worker. All of this together has led me to my current path as an indigenous shamanic healing practitioner, medicine drum maker, and wisdom keeper/sharer.
I believe that my calling is specifically to help empower others to heal themselves so their own healing can not only benefit their lives but so it can ripple out and heal the collective too. I facilitate this process through a full body and lifestyle approach to healing on all levels. |

Living Energy Crystals My journey with Spirit and the metaphysical realm began in childhood. I learned early on that everything is woven with living energy in the intricate tapestry of our shared existence.
I have been blessed to train with many mentors over the decades who have helped mediscover my path as an Andean paqo, intuitive channel, and healing practitioner. My passion for wellbeing in body, mind, and spirit is reflected through my business, Living Energy Crystals, as well as the classes and services I offer to help others reclaim all aspects of the self with newfound freedom and joy. My own healing journey has led me to specialize in trauma release, shadow work, soul retreival, and transforming past pain into personal power. More than anything, nurturing and growing spiritual community is my soul's calling. Through compassionate connection wtih kindred spirits, we become a soul family who can change our lives - and the world - for the better.
