DROP IN Kickboxing CLASS
THIS ITEM IS FOR ONE (1) CLASS!
Class will be on TUESDAYS at 5:30-6:30pm. Starts APRIL 2nd.
This class is developed for women and girls (10+ yrs old).
This is a high energy, fun class that will focus on developing and strengthening BOTH the body and the mind. I will integrate both my holistic healing background and training in kickboxing with the International Karate Association to teach you how to harness your power to be more centered, focused, and confident. This is a class meant to make you feel really good from the inside out! Introductory level class. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY.
Areas of focus:
*Basic kickboxing form and technique
*Simple self defense techniques
*Tools (breath work, meditation, thought forms) to help get through stressful situations in life and school.
*Punching bags will be used for a portion of class. Limited pairs available in the studio. Bringing your own strongly encouraged.
