Come join us for a sweet and sacred women's circle to experience movement medicine for your mind, body, and spirit guided by Shawna Mox.
We will provide tea, a guided movement practice to activate our divine feminine essence and sit in circle as we support our healing process through sharing and witnessing.
It is recommended to wear comfortable and loose fitting clothing appropriate for light movement.
