This is a series of 3 separate sessions all a week apart to give time for things to integrate between sessions. Session 1 is a healing session (as described above) to start your path of shedding the things that no longer serve you. During Session 2, we will be pulling 7 Animal Oracle cards to see what animal guides are here to support you on this path of renewal. For Session 3, you will be led on a guided meditative journey to see the beautiful truth of who you are meant to be then will finish with a fire ceremony to send up appreciation and to complete the process of feeling more ready to walk your path from a place of a rejuvenated mind and centered heart
