Step into the transformative power of rhythm, song, and connection through creative play and empowered exploration.

Mandala is an Ancient Sanskrit word meaning “sacred circle.” Mandala Rhythms Circle is a unique, purposeful, facilitated experience weaving together the spirit of our "Joyful Rhythms" Drum Circles and the soulful connection of our "Heart and Soul" Song Circles, guided by Dee DiGioia of Mindful Kindful YOUniversity.

New to Drumming? New to Singing in Community?
Our circles warmly welcome those who have never touched a drum before but have always felt drawn to rhythmic beats. There’s no need for prior experience or technical skill—this is a space to explore and express freely without worrying about “getting it right.”

Unlike traditional drumming circles, Dee gently guides participants through a structured, intentional experience designed to inspire connection, build community, and nourish the spirit.

And don’t worry if you don’t consider yourself a singer—it’s not about skill or performance. All voices are welcome, no matter how you think you sound. It’s about showing up, expressing yourself, and feeling the transformative power of rhythm and song in the collective energy of the circle.

Together, we sing as long as the song feels alive within us, allowing it to flow into meditative rhythms or sacred silence. In the stillness, we honor moments of reflection, contemplation, meditation, or prayer, integrating the song’s essence into quiet connection.

PARTICIPATION:

Everyone is warmly invited to engage in a way that feels most natural. Whether you play a drum, shake a rattle, hum, sing softly, or simply listen, your presence adds to the circle's vibrancy.

Drums provided. If you have one, bring one (floor drums such as djembes or hand held drums such as frame or shamanic drums)! I have plenty of extras!
