I’ve walked through chronic illness, medical trauma, childhood wounding, spiritual awakenings, and profound initiations in the jungles of Peru. Each of those chapters shaped the way I hold space — with compassion, precision, and deep intuitive knowing.

My integrative energy healing sessions combine the ancient healing practice of Reiki mixed with modern vibrational therapy to create a deeply restorative, soul-level experience. This is not just about relaxation — it's about recalibrating your system
and reconnecting with yourself. You’ll lie fully clothed on a healing table in a peaceful, grounded environment as I channel a blend of Holy Fire® and Usui Reiki, infused with intuitive shamanic guidance. These energies work together to gently release blockages, restore flow, and awaken your body’s innate healing intelligence. Some people feel warmth, tingling, emotions moving, or simply a deep sense of peace. Each session includes a 22 to 33-minute vibroacoustic sound meditation after the reiki portion of the session — where scientifically proven healing frequencies are delivered directly through the table and a headset and into your mind and body, supporting nervous system regulation, emotional release, and energetic alignment. Hands-on or hands-above-body techniques are always guided by your comfort and consent. Every element is intentionally designed to support your healing on every level — physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual.
