REIKI + SHAMANIC HEALING SESSIONS

S​hamanism is a spiritual practice found in cultures around the world from ancient times up to the present day. Shamans direct and move energy to restore the harmony within the individual, between the individual and the community, and between the community and the spirit world. A shaman serves by removing energies that are inappropriately present, or by returning energies that have been lost. 

If you feel a little lost or stuck in life, have gone through a big trauma or are looking for some clarity on what to do about a difficult situation, a shamanic healing session could be hugely beneficial. A shaman will simply act as the connection between you and your guides in the other realms, and make sure your soul is protected throughout the process. Some physical sensations may be felt but it’s all in the interest of healing your soul.

REIKI + ENERGY HEALING SESSION


​1 session 60-90 mins $222

Reiki is a form of energy healing that works alone or in tandem with other modalities of healing. The word Reiki is made up of two different Japanese words: “rei” = “universal” and “ki” =”energy” or “life force”. Reiki represents the “life force energy”.  The belief is that there is an unseen energy that flows through all living things. This energy is believed to be around us at all times and is believed to be what creates and sustains life. Both traditional Usui and Holy Fire Reiki will be used during all sessions.

Clients will lay comfortably, fully clothed on a massage table, face up. Some very calming music will be playing in the background. While receiving Reiki, you are not required to do anything. If you need to adjust your body you can. You can choose to daydream, focus on your breath, or the sensations associated with the Reiki.

The practitioner will place their hands in various positions slightly above your body, or lightly on your body. You must let the practitioner know if you don’t want to be touched. If you have a certain injury, they can hold their hands above that part of the body, as well. The reiki practitioner will start at the top of the head and do specific hand placements moving up the body or down the body. The practitioner will hold each hand position till they feel the energy no longer flowing, usually about two to five minutes. 

​Sessions will finish with an 22-33 minute vibroacoustic meditation while continuing to lie comfortably. This meditation is received through a headset that plays a special meditation while syncing vibrations through the bed so your body feels the vibrations and your brain receives the sound waves for a complete full body and system reset.

INTUITIVE + SHAMANIC HEALING SESSION

​These sessions are meant for those feeling anxious, depressed, stuck, ungrounded, confused, unsatisfied, or are in search of something and they just aren’t sure what. These are meant to be a deep dive into personal healing and are for those who are committed to themselves and their path of growth and understanding.

Every healing session is custom tailored to suit the needs of the individual client. There will be time for discussion at the beginning and integration at the end. During the session, I will be guided by my intuitive gifts that help me to connect to both your and my guides and also help me to shift the energy that is needing to be shifted with ease and grace. Reiki, chakra/energy clearing, color therapy, guided meditation, indigenous wisdom, sound healing, animal totems/guides, and shamanic healing practices are integrated into sessions, as needed. 

Sessions will finish with an 33 minute vibroacoustic meditation while continuing to lie comfortably on the bed. This meditation is received through a headset that plays a special meditation while syncing vibrations through the bed so your body feels the vibrations and your brain receives the sound waves for a complete full body and system reset down to the cellular level.

All sessions include wisdom and guidance to help continue the path of healing long after the session is over. Clients are meant to leave feeling at peace and illuminated and full of new knowledge and understanding of themselves and their path.

DISTANCE REIKI SESSION


​1 session 45-60 minutes $111

This booking is for a DISTANCE REIKI SESSION that will be done via Zoom (or another video app that
both the practitioner and client have access to).

Clients will lay comfortably, fully clothed, and face up in a space they feel comfortable and safe to do so. Some very calming music will be playing in the background. While receiving Reiki, you are not required to do anything, except have an open heart and mind to the experience. If you need to adjust your body you can. You can choose to daydream, focus on your breath, or the sensations associated with the Reiki.

The practitioner will place their hands in various positions slightly above a specialty cloth used specifically for distance reiki. This cloth has an outline of a body with chakras to mimic the client's body and energy field. Crystals and other forms of energy work may be used, depending on what the practitioner feels called to implement.

If you have a certain injury, reiki can be focused there so, please, let your practitioner know if that is something you would like. The reiki practitioner will start at the top of the head and do specific hand placements moving up the body or down the body. The practitioner will hold each hand position till they feel the energy no longer flowing, usually about two to five minutes, which indicates the reiki energy has been fully recieved in that area.
